The Xoloitzcuintle is one of several breeds of hairless dog. It is found in standard, intermediate, and miniature sizes. The Xolo has both hairless and coated types, with the latter fully furred. The Miniature is the smallest of FCI 234's 3 Xoloitzcuintli varieties: FCI 234: 25-35 cm for dogs and bitches alike; the AKC calls this variety the Toy and gives it 10-15 lb; one range for both sexes. Typically 4.5–6.8 kg full-grown.
