The Xoloitzcuintle is one of several breeds of hairless dog. It is found in standard, intermediate, and miniature sizes. The Xolo has both hairless and coated types, with the latter fully furred. The Standard is the largest of FCI 234's 3 Xoloitzcuintli varieties: FCI 234: 46-60 cm for dogs and bitches alike, with a tolerance of +2 cm in top-quality dogs; the AKC calls this variety the Standard too and gives it 30-55 lb; one range for both sexes. Typically 13.6–24.9 kg full-grown.
